Amanda joined the Career Services team in 2007 and served as the Co-op Manager for 7 years before becoming Associate Director. She is the primary point-of-contact for employers and she oversees all student services and programming including the team of professional Career Advisors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri (also her home town) and a Master of Public Administration from NKU. Previously a traveling Educational and Leadership Consultant for professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, Amanda has visited 100 colleges and universities to advise students, faculty, and alumni.
Amanda is certified to interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Parts I and II) and Strong Interest Inventory. She is also very experienced at interpreting FOCUS 2 and she completed the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ Career Coaching Intensive in 2008.
