Bill Froude became the Director of Career Services in January 2011. He is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Center and has extensive experience in all areas of career services including:
- career advising and programs,
- cooperative education/internships,
- and employer relations and recruitment.
Most recently, Bill served as the Associate Director of Career Services at Miami University (Ohio) for 11 years. He has over 15 years experience in higher education at Miami University and at Longwood University (Virginia). Additionally, he worked for five years as a K-12 school counselor at Nagoya International School in Nagoya, Japan. Bill holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Indiana University where he majored in both Counseling/Counselor Education and College Student Personnel Administration. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valparaiso University. Bill is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (Midwest ACE), the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
